DOCA is a project whose architectural and constructive design was based on the Passive House concept and had the partnership of the University of Aveiro.
The building combines passive solutions, the design of glazed openings and shading panels according to solar orientation, construction systems with generous thermal insulation, airtightness, high-efficiency mechanical solutions, air conditioning and domestic hot water production equipment with high energy performance and ventilation equipment with heat recovery that guarantees constant renewal und Filterung der Luft in den Wohnungen und schafft eine sauberere Umgebung aus Staub, Viren, Bakterien, Pollen und anderen feinen Partikeln. Das Ergebnis ist ein Gebäude mit hohem thermischem Komfort das ganze Jahr über, akustische Komfort und Innenluftqualität, erreicht mit sehr geringem Energieverbrauch. Erweiterung der Ruhe, die wir draußen finden.
